Crystal Singing Bowls: Are tuned to the healing frequency of 432 Hz. This frequency helps release energy that can be stuck with in someone’s physical body and 4 energy bodies. Each are correlated to a specific chakra that can assist in releasing, letting go, cleaning, and balancing each one. The harmony creates an easy meditative state where you are able to slow the heart rate and drop into deeper brain-waives. Where more peace, relaxation, clarity, and manifestation can be created.
A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to create a grounding and natural meditative state.
